Altech Netstar still debit my account

I have been sending e-mails requesting update on my account, and about two payments I transferred to the account after asking to stop debit order, which to my surprise was debited the same month of my request, no one had decency of responding to my request to call me, I took initiative to make a call and spoke to Generio Stevens who could not fully assist, as some questions I asked he had to first consult and come back to me, I am still waiting to-date, due to unprofessional service from Altech-Netstar, I would like to
cancel my contract on all my cars with immediate effect, Despite all the e-mails I have sent to Altech Netstar, it clearly show that this service provider does not care about the customers,
Please know that I will not be held responsible for any payments due after my below mail of CANCELLATION.
I am about to take this matter to Ombudsman and Hello Peter maybe that is the only way you will understand the frustration is caused to customers
