Kindly note that on Sunday, 03 Feb 2013, there was a storm in our area, Aerorand and my alarm system was affected and it just went off, the following day i called ADT Technical dept of which they said they can only assist on Wednesday, 06th Feb, but later with cancellations they came on Tuesday, 05th Feb to work on the alarm unfortunately I was at work and later when I check at its functionality I realized that I cannot arm the alarm, but okay Willem came the same day to sort it out and now the worst on Friday 08th Feb when I had to go away for weekend, i wanted to arm the house using the remotes, then they did not work, so I called the Technical dept in WTB, jhoo what a bad service the ladies there they are not friendly, for that matter i have since making follow up with Simonei and the tech dept and to date no one bothered to call or attend to my remote problems and when I leave over the weekends it get complicated, what a bad service and today it the 19th Feb, nothing yet happened from ADT, I miss my old ACSU service
