ADT control room debacle

My alarm was activated on 31/03/2013 @ approx 18h15. Several phones in my house rang but there was no communication i.e. NO CANCELLATION CODE WAS GIVEN. I went outside o wait the patrol car. After 15 mins of waiting I contacted the control room & spoke to several people who were totally disinterested in the situation. Eventually I got to speak to the manager on duty, John Labuschange, who promised to look into the matter and call me the next day - STILL WAITING. I also contacted Carlos, the area manager. Too date there has also been NO RESPONSE.t
This attitude is disgusting where peoples safety is concerned.
