We had tracker installed in 2 vehicles about 2 months ago. When the guy came to instal the unit, the incorrect one was installed, the person that we dealt with wasnt in on a Saturday and were told that we would get a phone call back, we had to phone on the Monday cause clearly didnt get a call back. When speaking to the sales person he said that he would get a manager to call back, still no response.
How do you use the unit??? I dont know because there has been no corresponse whatssoever, i think this is unacceptable and wouldnt recommend the service of Tracker.
