We moved out of our flat on 30 November 2012 and stop the Service via informing their office (Tesna). Their technical team came also on the 30th to remove the Radio for which we paid a deposit of R500. On the 1st Dec R80 was deducted from my account (monthly service fee), 1st January 2013 R80 was deducted again as well as R204 on 3 January. I emailed Gerrit a few times in January and also beginning of February. He only emailed the account lady Inge to follow up and in these mails I was cc'd. My last mail sent on 8 February was not answered?
