Altech Netstar Account Issue

I had my tracking system installed over 2 years ago but eventually sold my vehicle and because I had a 36 month contract it was too costly to cancel.

I emailed them during December to cancel and they advised they would deduct R322 from my account and cancel the system. In January they deducted R211 and in February another R211 so the person never cancelled the service.

I emailed them again and now they are saying I have to pay R161 to cancel... this after I paid them R422 and now they expect another R161 because their processor did not know what they were doing.

I emailed them to state the above and request that I be refunded a portion as they were suppose to deduct the R322 from my account and that would have been all... it has now been more than a week and no response.

When I try to phone them it just says please hold for the next available consultant... I cant wait on the phone for 30 minutes at a time...

Not happy with their after sales service at all!!!
