Since June 2013 our alarm does not work. No signals received by ADT's technical department. No arms response when alarm sound at awkward times of night. No record of such alarms going off. Call centre agents refuse to transfer complainant to managers. Charge fee for services not working. Pass buck to other departments not returning calls. No opening and closing records send to cellphones. When alarm are tested the technical department phone persons in Johannesburg and not person at office where panic has been pushed? When you phone the managers on their cell phones they said people will not respond if we do not give record of such alarms - no alarm record were safed as they try to change a radio more than once without success. We are not allowed to cancel the contract until December 2014, but we do not get any service from ADT
