I sold my car in late 2012... then I canceled my insurance... which was linked with my tracking unit.
During the cancellation process no one told me to cancel my Netstar separately...
Now MONTHS after... Mr Mohamed Razak emailed me I need to pay my account. I immediately responded but then he just ignored my email. This was on 13 March 2013
Then he phoned me again on 30 March 2013 asking about the money... We then come to a solution to settle and cancel my account for an amount of just under R300. He then instructed me to email/phone him on Tuesday so we can finalize the account.
Well... I emailed him on 2 April and 4 April and tried phoning him a couple of times... NO RESPONSE or ANSWER... pathetic service
Looks like Netstar just want to ignore me so that my account can accumulate more debt and that I end up on some black list with a bad credit record.
