Good Day, We moved out of our property almost a year ago, we couldnt settle and close our account so we paid for a service we didnt use. When i wanted to settle my account and close my account, they were quick to respond with a settlement amount. I paid the account and i am still waiting for ADT to send me a letter or an updated statement to say the account is closed. I have to mail Audrey everyday for this week and i am still waiting. Is this the service i would have received from ADT if i used the service?
I will never use ADT again and i will advise everyone to have a look at yoyr security companies and which one will give you the best service as n client.
