I requested a settlement figure to close my wife's Planet Fitness account on 13 November 2013 from Trish. On 14 November she sent me an email with an amount of R1223.36 to be paid to settle and terminate the contract. I paid the full amount on 18 November 2013 and I sent her proof of payment the same day. Since then I have been unsuccessful in getting a letter from Planet Fitness to confirm the account is now paid in full and closed in their books. I have since sent her 3 more e-mail messages and 1 to customer services. The most recent being last week Monday. The only reply I have received was on 22 November - "Am currently waiting for confirmation from our administration. Once received, I will send it through"
Please guys, all I want is a written confirmation.
