Faulty Locking mechanism

I purchased an Xpanda Securidor gate from Builders Warehouse on the 6th of June. I had my welder fit the gate for me on the 8th. Tested it and everything was in order. 2 days later when I opened the gate, the key got stuck in the lock. On closer inspection I noticed that the lock was broken.

I have been in contact with people from Xpanda since the 11th, requesting for someone to come and replace the lock for me. Today the 19th, I am still waiting. I need the lock replaced and fitted as I am not prepared to pay someone to tend to the faulty lock.
