I have had the worst experience with CHUBB since i signed an agreement with them. Whenever my alarm went off I would get a call after 5minutes and a response vehicle only after 30minutes, to top it all off a guy came after 2 hours one saturday saying that he was sorry for coming so late but he was busy, now for armed response personnel to tell me that is unacceptable, In my area Chubb has outsourced there response to Stallion which comes from another to respond to issues where i live. So i decided that I had enough as they were not fullfilling there part of the agreement so i cancelled it. They came and collected there alarm system however, since September I am still paying for something that was removed and collected from my premises and that I cancelled. Now I want every single penny that was wrongfully debted since September to be refunded Immediately as this is and I will definately be reporting them and making a case of as this is unacceptable. I need someone to contact me urgently regarding this matter as I do not want to take any further steps as i am still in a calm state.
