Incorrect Debit

We have been trying to inform ADT that the monthly debit order needs to be done in a new account, which was provided.

But instead, they debit from both accounts. We have been trying to communicate with them, emails, phone calls, but none of those are working. They just keep on deducting money from both of our account.
