I cancelled my count in December via fax. They kept on taking money. Until I had to go to the bank to cancel the debit order, they only phoned me two months after to ask me why and cant they replace my tracker system. I said Ill think about it. I e-mailed them a cancellation mail again and now they send me messages that my Account has been handed over to NuDebt Management. For heavens sake I don't owe you anything and If I get a bad name because of this I Will take it further.
