Bad Service Poor Customer Service

I Cancelled with ADT in April 2013 but still they want money money money but the service was poor!!! And my accounts is paid in full with the two accounts but ADT account department said that the debit order returned and there was no money in my account HELLO I cancelled the debit orders because ADT took money from my account where in your life do you have to pay double for radio fees and ADT just take money without any concent that the monthly premium is more from R325.94 to R363.82 and R449.65 to R488.32 without notice. And 2x radio fees for the one account R210.00 x2 and R210.00 x2 and still behind on the radio fees of R420.00 on my account and after I paid EFT for this account you still want R1350.20 where do you get that amount from. After 100s of telephone calls, emails and faxes no one can tell me where do you get that amount from. Please I need feedback and if you put me on ITC I will not leave it there I will go to the ombudsman and my attorney I will not pay that money I do not know for what is that...
