We have had problems with our alarm for the past 2 months. We have had technicians out on. I less than 6 occasions during this time. They do not listen when I explain to them the problem and when they leave (saying it is fixed) the problem promptly returns. The call centre is useless at directing calls to the relevant person. A complaint was sent to the MD and no response.
Needless to say you can stick your business up your $&@!
