I tested my alarm on Sunday - when I realised problems, did they come back to me with a service consultant? No! This happened twice!! When I called the emergency line, I got voice prompted telephone advertisements - it took me 10 minutes to get through to an operator. I have tried to get a technician out since Sunday evening. I arranged with them to send someone for Wednesday, which was agreed. I then received a call on Tuesday to ask when I needed a technician - they had no recollection of Monday's call. I said they must be there on Wednesday and to make a plan. I have just received an sms to say they will be at my home on Thursday - No respect whatsoever for the client is the feeling I get!! I then filed a complaint on their website which states that they will respond in 24 hours - it has been over 48 hours and I have heard nothing! We pay a fee for ADT each month, and have done so for over two years. This is the first time we have really needed them, and they have let us down completely and their attitude is purely that of make money, as whenever I have discussed them sending somone out to repair my system, all they have been interested in is how I will be paying. PATHETIC!!
