Gross incompetence and bad service

Due to the horrendous (lack of) service that was experienced during our time with Secupro, we were promised by Carol Gray that we would be reimbursed each payment that had gone off our account since taking on their services. She agreed that since we had not received a service of any kind from them, we would be reimbursed the full amount. Since that call in January 2013, Carol Gray has been ignoring my numerous emails regarding the expected payment and dodging my calls as well. When i have managed to pin her down she is always 'busy with it' and complains of being 'very busy'. Secupro, I have never before had the misfortune of dealing with a company as incompetent as yours. Luckily, I know that there cannot possibly be another company out there that is on your level of uselessness. This brings some comfort.
