Altech Netstar over charged me by 303.33 on the 25th of January, my normal debits are 125 and they charged me 428.33. I called on the 27th of january but they took long to answer so i sent them an email and they replied with the automated email that they will be in touch with me within 3 days and there was no response from them, i called again on the 4th of february around 08:20 and they said someone will be in touch with me before the day end, i noticed that they are not calling me back so i called them again at 17:20 and they told me same thing.
