Chubb/Astron does not deliver on promise

I took up the promotion offered on the Astron Security website in September last year for a Chubb alarm system which, in hindsight, I regret doing. I have been billed incorrectly and have not received the "free gift" as advertised, despite my querying this on numerous occasions. I have corresponded with them, called them and each time they undertake to get back to me and no one does! As if this were not enough, my bank account was debited twice yesterday!

I would like this contract cancelled please on the grounds that they have not honoured the terms of the contract but they want to hold me to the terms of the contract. To my mind they have reneged on the delivery and therefore the contract is no longer valid.

I JUST WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT!!
