I bought the fridge on the 12th of October 2013.The fridge was working fine up until the night of the 28th of January 2014.The next day I phoned KIC to report the incident and they informed me that it will take 24hrs to send a technician out. I waited for the technician that arrived on the 30th of December (I had to take a half day as well). After the technician arrived he looked at the fridge for like two minutes and turned around and said the motor is broken and the gas must be refilled. He said I will only receive a new motor on Monday the 3th of February 2014.I then phoned GAME to discuss the incident, when the manager Isreal told me that I did not follow the right procedures, as GAME will send their own technician first to assess the fridge before it is directed to KIC. He then told me he will follow up and phone me back in 5 Minutes. I then received a phone call from Simon who asked for my Invoice details to inform KIC of the matter after the Manager told me that they will first send out their own technician. So if I did not phone KIC I would have still been waiting for my technician to arrive. TO be continued due to limited characters. I still do not have a fridge...
