Yesterday, I phoned MyTracker to update some details on my wifes tracker account which consisted of updating our landline number and having a confirmation password sent to her cellphone; everything went OK. Today, I received calls on both these numbers from two different marketing people working for "The DeBeers Group". Since our numbers are shared with few people [ only skytrax was given the cell number], I can only conclude that the Skytrax/Mytracker call centre is passing on personal and private information - this is unacceptable.
