During December 2013 I have paid GNT Security an amount towards membership and to install an alarm system in my new house. It was discovered that there was an existing alarm system present in the house, therefore i did not need to install a new one. I was promised that a refund will be paid but I am waiting more than 2 months already. They keep promising to do the refund but nothing happens. This is really frustrating and does not reflect in a positive way towards the company. Please follow this up or I will cancel membership.
