My alarm went off 2 times in one night, they called the house phone and that was it. After a serious complaint they sent me a letter of apology bla bla bla
A week later it happened again, and after that I got "3 months free service" where they admitted negligence and fault all in official writing in their letterhead!
Today my alarm went off, and no one called, so I called them only to be told my service was suspend! Manager in shift couldn't care less, and can't re-activate alarm until the new week!
They quick to ask for Ur money or to notify u of an increase but they can't call when Ur alarm goes off! This is shocking! Talk about breach of contract and contradiction of promises! I want answers!!!
