After an unsuccessfully test of my Tracker Retrieve unit, i visited tracker in PE. I was told my unit was faulty and needed replacement by the technician on 14 Nov 2013. I was not informed of any cost that this process had entailed and my account was deducted R 1 195, 01. I contacted tracker via phone twice to inquire how it is possible to deduct an amount from my account without me having knowledge of this replacement amount and without me signing it off. Both times the person from tracker ensured me they will take it up with someone and as of yet i have not heard anything from them again.
