I posted a complaint on 02 January 2013 about being charged for a service not received and the fact that there is no communication form the company to resolve the matter.
A reply was posted on 03 January 2013 that the complaint had been sent to the relevant Manager who would respond.
To date, a month later and still no response from anyone at Chubb. Talk about a total lack of service from a company listed as one who responds to customers.
