When I checked my bank statement I noticed that Chubb had deducted R600 - over and above my monthly debit order. When I called to question this I was told it's for some software package upgrade, I then informed them that I didn't ask for this nor was I informed and that I didn't authorize this deduction. The supervisor told me he'll call me back. 7 days later I am still waiting. I called them again and sent 3 e-mails. No-one has responded.
I haven't received my money back either but was told I will be billed an additional amount for annual communication fee, which I also didn't authorize. I have cancelled my contract with Chubb for end Oct 2013 but they are not acknowledging it.
