We are in the process of moving offices and we requested to move the alarm services, Chubb insisted we pay a ridiculous amount, We then proceeded to cancel the contract, after sending 3 emails to Candice, she responded to state that we have signed a 3 year contract and couldn't cancel. We didn't sign a 3 year contract and we didn't even receive the copy of the contract. I have requested a copy but its been more than a week but no results. This is extremely bad service, even the receptionist mentioned that clients are always irate about Chubb's service.
