I cancelled my DSTV account end of December and was told that my account was in good standing and that I didn't owe any money... The lady was very confused and couldn't cancel my debit order and said I would have to do it at the bank..
I received a call from DSTV AFTER I cancelled my subscription asking me to switch to debit order.. I informed her that I cancelled my services in December..
Today I received an SMS saying that my debit order was accidentally cancelled and it will be put back??? I call the call centre only to be told I owe R90 for cancelling my subscription.. I didn't sign any contract and if this was the case the lady should of informed me in December.. My account can not be debited because I didn't authorize it..
What sort of customer service is this?
