I called and spoke to Nthabiseng. I wanted to add my sunglasses on to my package and I explained to her that I wanted the cover on the additional risk product to start on the day that I get debited in order to avoid the additional pro rata amount. After talking to her, I asked for an amended policy schedule which she sent and it didn't confirm any additional charges. I was appalled to see a reminder sms stating that I would be debited and amount that was not even stated on the policy schedule. I called in immediately and spoke to another lady who said she cant help me as she was not the one that dealt with my enquiry. What a joke, if Nthabiseng was on maternity leave, would I have to wait for her to get assistance?? Unfortunately the debit went off and I called to enquire, I then spoke to Faize. He told me the same, "I have to get Nthabiseng to call you". two days later I am still waiting for her call. CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS A BIT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I need an explanation. It is illegal to debit my account with an amount that we didn't agree on.
