Bad reaction

We have armed response from you. We thought it to be the best company to look after our welfare. It look like we have made the worst mistake of our lives. On Friday 08/019/2013 at about 17:00 my kids phone me that someone is busy at the back fence. I told them to press the panic they did that. I then phoned the call centre and asked that they please let me know what was going on as soon as the reaction was at the premises.

Needles to say after 10min I had to phone them to find out that the reaction was not at the premises as yet. We were in JHB as we went to go and see our grandmother as she was in ICU. I then got irate. I then phoned my home again to find out nobody was there. I phoned the call centre again asked to speak to a supervisor which I was put on hold for I don't know how long. Response time was 40 min. Eventually the call centre phone me back to say all was in order.

The reaction officer asked my son who is 11 years old to come outside and put the dogs in the garage. That don't make sense to me. They have a key to gain access to the premises. I gave them the dogs names numerous times.

They sent me a ticket number but that is where it end. Ticket: E910
