Since January 2013, RSS has failed to put up signage ate my house showing that the house is protected by RSS Security and they have also failed to properly fix my house after their contractor messed up my kitchen wall during installation. RSS Security signage is important because it discourages would be intruders from breaking into my house. The worst thing is that my neighbours, who only moved into their houses in march 2013 had their signage installed immediately. My kitchen wall is still messed up and has never been fixed properly. The worst thing is that every time I call the RSS office they promise to fit the signage and fix my wall but they never do. I even emailed them the pictures of the damage that their contractor did but to no avail. What is worse is that during installation, the contractor took five days to do a one day job. Hello Peter you are my last resort.
