I have bought a house through Cosmopolitan Projects in Windmill Park extension 18. I moved into the house on Friday 13-12-2013 and already 2 of the taps are not working properly thereby causing not to have any water in the house. On Saturday 14-12-2013 my cold water tap in the bathroom was not closing & a plumber replaced it with the tap which was to be used outside the house and he promised that he will replace the tap on Tuesday & he hasn't replaced the tap. Yesterday 19-12-2013 my kitchen hot water tap also started not working by not closing causing water to come out uncontrolled. And the kitchen door still does not open and close properly, I want the door replaced because the current door is malfunctioning. I have been living in this house for a week and all these faults are unacceptable & the contractor Jerry is being very dismissive when being informed of all the faults. Replace all the taps in the house with new and properly working ones so that this this problem doesn't occur again & a new kitchen door fitted asap
