How secure are we BestSecure

We had our gate motor, the armed response was 1 hr late after two calls to the contact center that was done. Thereafter bestsecure has not been able to trace the remote (aparently lost) that was provided to them for access to the property. Now, to replace the remote I arranged for the technical director wendy to have a techincal person visit at 9:00 am. The technician has not even visited for the last 2 hrs. When I contacted the contact center wendy has no Idea about where the technician is. The technicin does not have in his job cart at all. So definitely there is a void disconnect between the technical team and the office staff. The same is the case on the contact center and the armed response where the response only came after 1 hr and 2 phone calls..
There has been false promises around actions been taken.

You have to call atleast 10 times to get some actions done or send frequent emails to get some one to answer it.

After so much of the hassles I have started thinking of Are we really Secure with Best Secure or for that matter with this whole security industry which gives us a false sense of security
