24 hrs response to an Emergency Alam

Over a week ago I posted a comment "no response to an emergency alarm"... it seems that Netstar has improved, now they are responding in 24 hrs!! wow great! maybe in the yera 2040, they will respond immediately. I again had a problem with the alarm of my car going off around 2pm on Saturday afternoon. Spoke to Lucia, who told me she could not reset my alarm, transferred me to Parsons/Khaya, who also FAILED. My alarm then stopped making a noise for about 15 mins but went off again. Again, I made the call to let him know. While on the phone with him, he confirmed he did not know what to do as my alarm indeed could not be reset and told me: a technician will need to look at my car. While talking to him, he referred this issue to a "Kobus" but while holding on, my airtime ran out! You think Parson/Khaya will call me back??? NO, NO! I only received a call from Lucia at 6:30am on Sunday, telling me she is responding to my "EMERGENCY ALARM" Really? 24 hrs later? you must be kidding! Netstar did not care that my alarm has been going off from 2pm on Saturday. A long weekend, I could not even go anywhere, my neighbours probably hate my right now! Disgusting attitude from Netstar!
