Cartrack

In November a Cartrac technician removed the unit from our vehicle. He was the only one who had access to the vehicle when the wallet went missing.
After numerous calls, they finally had a hearing 5 months later (when no one could remember exactly how it happened) and still found their employee not guilty.

This is poor feedback and response to a very serious matter. How can anyone trust any of their technicians after that. I will also cancel my other vehicle's cartrac but they will not be allowed near my vehicle to remove their unit. As they are untrustworthy
