ADT were called out to do an alarm repair on 28/8/12. The repair was done and I was billed. I have a contract for life which means callouts etc are no charge. This was confirmed and the technician cancelled the charge on the jobcard. I subsequently received an account. I have tried calling the call centre but it rings and rings and disconnects. I then started sending e mails. Got a response via e mail that it would be resolved. I still get the account, phone calls asking for payment and an sms that the amount would be deducted via debit order. I managed to get through-to Tiny in CT and she confirmed that I have a contract for life and that she would get the technical Manager to reverse the charge. Still no response. I have sent all the email correspondence to the CT Debtors on 29/1/13 and still I have no response. ADT Customer no STTAN061 Inv 14559 dated 5/9/12.
