I have to pay for bad service

As per my previous complaints, I had a problem with the alarm sensors. It was replaced in the meantime with the correct sensors as requested and paid for... why not in the first place!!! I now have a dispute with the finance/accounts department about the change of debit order date that was never done as requested (and they have acknowledged that). I fell in arrears for four months because there were no funds in my account for the debit order to be paid (and I incurred bank charges for those months), hence my request to have the debit order moved. I also did not pay out of protest to the bad service regarding the faulty sensors. The ADT accounts department contacted me to have the arrears paid up. I mentioned that I incurred bank charges totalling more than a months subscription to ADT. They only offered me 15% discount (after acknowledging their fault). I accepted the discount but they wanted me to pay the outstanding amount in three months. I offered to pay the outstanding in six months, but they refused. In the meantime, my armed response service has been disconnected!!! It all was because of ADT's bad service. They blame the installer for the problem existing!!!
