The Monster Energy Team Gear from CT advertise a certain amount of pull rings from the Monster energy drink and we did exactly that, we send the rings as specified on their web page. Then on their web page they clearly stated that a flat rate of R60.00 must be paid either by debit or credit card which we did and the payment was accepted and it is of our acount. Then all of a sudden the credits is removed for the 70 pull rings but the R60.00 was not reversed on our account, it still shows that it went through. Now they want us to make another pmt via credit card but we cannot do that due to the fact that if your pull ring credits are not there anymore. After sending mail after mail we did not get any response from Kara. I think it is a and would like to warn others about this. They take your money and after that the goods are not delivred, then you must make another payment but on your account it shows that is of your account. Be carefull, this is a ""My tracking nr for the pull rings PE793991812ZA Payment was made 15/10/2013 and was deducted of my Capitec account. It was under the name Christo Meintjies.
