Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Poor service / No service at all

It's n 2 weeks since I have reques that my beame unit be moved (wich apparently cannot be done) from my old (now sold) veicle to my new vehicle. I don't have any problem with a new unit that needs to be installed but for 2 weeks I cannot get this done. I have contacted Melissa on 10-01-2014 @ 8:44, Jason 13-01-2014 @ 8:10 (he conirmed that they have received the cancelation email and that they will contact me within 48 hrs to confirm booking for new unit, I then spoke to Lekresia 15-01-2014 @12:52 and she gave me a ref nr : 00062641 but still no contact. I spoke to Jason yesterday 22-01-2014 @ 10:17 and he said that they will be in contact before 13:00 yesterday... still no contact, I phoned again and I asked that it will be put on record that I had enough and that if I don't have any confirmed booking by end of day on 22-01-2014 the contract must be cancelled as Matrix obviously don't want my bussiness and I cannot use my vehicle as my insurance won't cover it if it's / hijacked if there's no tracking device fitted. I will take my bussiness to Netstar or Cartrack!!!
