I phoned ADT Call Centre on Wednesday 15 January as I would like to terminate my monthly contract. I was told that it could not be done over the phone and that I need to send an email to [Email Removed] I have done this on 3 occasions. Everytime I get back an automated response that my email will be attended to. Its been a week now and no one has been getting back to me. How can it take 7 days for them to respond? This is very bad service indeed. What is one to do now if you would like to cancel your contract. How can I give my months notice if no one responds?
