Technician from aa sound and security installed unit in air duct, air not working correctly and also could compromise vehicle warranty, called installer directly and have been dealing with an "individual" by the name of Thebogo, they keep promising to come out and rectify, called Altech service center in midrand, they just put me through to installer who again promises to come out to no avail, lodge a complaint on Altech website and not even a reference number or confirmation email received... pure incompetent and pathetic service all around! Can't believe this is a company operating in the security and safety industry! Shameful
