"Don't give me attitude you ". That is what the call centre agent (Kaklego Mogape) said to me on the phone at 09:43 on 13/01/2014 when I had to be authenticated for the second time and I asked them to please hurry. Please note - at that point in time I was already holding for 10 minutes!
All I want is to cancel this contract.
When confronted about the statement she said that she 'intended' to put me on hold and I was not supposed to hear that!
