UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND A BAD ATTITUDE!!!

I had blood work done 21/11/2013, my medical aid didnt cover the entire cost. I received an SMS on 06/01/2014 directing me to the online statement dated 02/01/2014.The statement reads: You are ultimately responsible for the outstanding amount which is payable within 30 days from date of this statement. Today received another statement dated 31/12/2013 and a voice message from Wendy of Ampath. I returned the call, to hear that i must pay the account, i said, yes, within 30 days of the statement date as stipulated. Wendy tells me, no, it is within 30 days from date of service (21/11/2013), i asked why then i wasnt I informed of the amount earlier so that i could have settled it early. In an unprofessional manner with a STINK attitude she said she cant help if i don't get my post according to her 2 statements were sent already which is impossible as i always receive my post. Confronted her and said if it was from date of service it must be specified. Its my credit record in jeopardy, i asked her if she wasnt even gona apologize for the confusion and her attitude, she said;what must i apologize for. Rude & ill mannered! Hate when ppl think they can talk to me the way they want! I am a client!
