Cannot get an appointment to remove tracke

I have been trying for more than two weeks to get Tracker to remove a unit from my written off vehicle before the sell it on auction (four calls logged, even online). Tried yesterday again and someone would have phoned me back withing ten minutes (was even escalated to the team leader), still waiting. The unit is still under contract and I have another one not under contract. Ready to move on! A year ago the service was a bit better; also had to phone more than once to get an appointment but now it seems impossible.
