Billing for services not renderred

ADT has a new billing process in place for visits to your premises in excess of 5 visits a month. I have recently been billed (and the funds deducted from my bank account) for excess vistis to my property. The problem is that ADT can not proof that they have visited my propoerty more than 5 times in the month as no visit slips (as proof of visiting the premises and on my instructio via the call center) was left. I raised this problem with them as it amounts to unethical practise and they have yet to come back to me. To note that I kept track of their calls to me and their recordings would show that on the alarm activations for the particular period, I only informed them to go to the premises once.

Something needs to be done about this unethical practise - who approved the exess charges to be deducted from my account as a start? Please assist me as to how I can take this further as ADT has shown no effort in resoving the matter at hand.
