I'd like to take time to thank Natasha Larnie from adt installations dept for her excellent customer service.
her telephonic skills were Mind Blowing greated me with a pleasant voice and constantly kept me informed and even tried to assist me with an installment due which i was unaware of which she solved immediately.

totally blew my expectations away!!!
talk about going the extra mile for a client.
keep up the excellent work Natasha, you truely a great example of what real customer service should be.
