Cancellation not processed

I have sent a cancellation request to endtermcancellations on 17 Dec 2013. I have followed it up with a phone call on 18 Dec 2013 and again on 23 Dec 2013 and then resent the request to jamesb as requested. Low and behold, the service fee was till taken on 30 Dec 2013 for the Jan 2014 month of service. Process the cancellation request and refund my R208.19, please.
