I really thought some other car tracker system was bad and customer services and daylight I experienced was bad - Hellooooo - Netstar -Yes you really run slow - ignorant and NOT on the ball!
Why?
Because I mailed multiple times for assistance - you accept my money but where is my latest installation paperwork - if my car gets where is the proof - is it really connected - is it tracked - Christmas time 2013 is none other different than 2014 or 15/16/17 is it - you really STOPPED working at 29 November already!!!
No one really responds to customer queries directly no "F" the customer we worked hard enough this year to ignore a couple of them?
After 15 mails and 12 calls (unanswered) I decided to leave as is up to today - BAD customer services -= non compliance of services promised - I need another car-tracking company to take over PLEASE - and maybe I am full of "it" and spend R15000 on proving your services unacceptable (with payback from ALTEC NETSTA? R) - Try me! please go for it!!!
