I originally got netstar with my Oakhurst insurance policy in October. In November I cancelled with Oakhurst and informed Netstar that they must please start charging me directly for the use of their services. This was done on the 27 November.
Come January I see that no payment has been taken yet. I called in the first week of January and eventually got hold of someone in the accounts department who said that they will send an email to de-link my account. She will call me back the next day. 2 weeks later still no call back.
Today I call the customer service and speak to Chong who said he will call me back after 8 today to let me know what is going on. I have still not heard from anyone there.
If this is service I get for trying to GIVE money then I want nothing to do with it. Please cancel my account wiht you and remove your piece of effiective immediately.
I want nothing to do with this company if I can not even get them to accept my money.
